What Do I Offer?
For the last 22 years of recruiting civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, environmental engineers and others, I have had the privilege of working with great managers in very high profile companies. My goal is to get to know my client companies well enough to have candidates ask me if I am an employee of the company. In order to make that happen I strive to become a student of my client companies by knowing the company’s: products, services, culture, history, and reasons that it is a great place to work. I will able to accurately represent your company to prospective new hires. For a review of my qualifications, services and my 3 search fee plans please see my Recruiting Solutions. To read some testimonials and letters of recommendation, please see my Professional References.
The Next Step
To get started filling your open position, call me at 719-598-9600 or fill out the contact form. You can also use the Submit Approved Job Requirements form to send me the details of those hard to fill jobs and I will call you to discuss the position in detail to make sure I know precisely what you are looking for. Then I will prepare what I call a Marketable Position Description (MPD) for your approval. Learn more about my recruiting methods and MPDs here.
